I have an old house that has 1970’s panelling applied over fir bead board. The panelling was applied with construction adhesive and I have been able to remove the panelling without damaging the bead board. The only problem is that the construction adhesive is still on the bead board and I need to remove this so I can paint the bead board. Is there any particular solvent that I should use to remove the construction adhesive. Thanks, Mark.
