I have a sandstone masonry house that was built around 1890. It has been painted for many years and I would like to remove the paint and leave the stone natural. I have several questions:
1. Is this even a good idea?
2. If so what can I use to remove the paint that will not damage the stone?
3. If I am successful at removing the paint should I seal the stone with anything.
The house is in Colorado Springs and subject to temperatures from 0 degrees to high 90s F.
