The company I work for is a manufacturing company but today I opened up a cabinet and found 6 Makita 1/2″ electric impact wrenches that all but one are in need of repair. There is a network of factory authorized repair facilities. I think where we buy these we get them for abou $160 each new… so the question is it worthwhile to send these in for some “hospital time”? Anybody have any experience doing this?
