Have a pocket door that isn’t working. Somebody removed the door hardware from the end that is visible. The door hardware on the other end doesn’t work. Any suggestions on how to go about this? My plan is to cut an access hole in the drywall just above and below the track. Also, any suggestions on where to buy a replacement track?

Buy Johnson hardware and your door will last forever.

Johnson
Good looking stuff. Have to find out if I can just remove door and replace the rollers or if the track is ng which would require more extensive surgery.
Note that with some sliding doors you can remove the door without having to open the wall. You remove the stops on both sides and the door is then microscopically narrower than the opening. Tilting the door will then allow you to lift it off the track.
(Most doors that are designed for this type of maintenance will have the stops installed with screws.)
On the Johnson hardware I have, you can take the wheels off the bracket and tilt the door out without removing anything else.
YMMV on other brands.
Usually you leave he track a couple inches short on the outboard end so you can get the wheels off.
