replacing chimney crown moulding

Is a the large section in the middle flat or concave. It almost looks flat in the picture.
It looks like it might be easy to build up.

A-holes. Hey every group has to have one. And I have been elected to be the one. I should make that my tagline.

It's traditional crown profile, albeit very tall. It is urethane, but I don't know how high, (i'm heading out there tomorrow to bid on something else with the h.o.)

if you look on the left, you will be able to see the continuation of the chimney plane/edge.

REPOST....(I screwed up the first one)here is pic of what is left after woodpeckers destroyed chimney's crown moulding. Homeowner has had 5-6 people out for bid, and they never get back. I figured they were asking the wrong people. This is synthetic moulding, and I don't have a clue as to where I might get it. I've googled synthetic molding, but this profile is nowhere to be found. Has anyone ever seen this? Any thoughts?"The nearest thing to eternal life we will ever see on this earth is a governmental program" -Ronald Reagan
It is probably a Fypon, but that is a hard environment for it. Acids and weather changes... A replication in metal might be the better choice.I'll see if I can find the fypon model #

Many thanks. It comes close to Crown #MLD371-16. But I think are right about the format. Not cheap, either!!"The nearest thing to eternal life we will ever see on this earth is a governmental program" -Ronald Reagan
Doesn't look like a cheap home, it is what it is. T&M.
Thanks to Piffin, I found the current version of the profile used 13 1/2 years ago. When I told the ho what the price was ($300) for 16 ft, they decided they could go with a simple 1 X soffet and banding. funny how style can change. Now I have to get up TO it...That is a different story. I'm getting too old for this stuff. FYI, they have had 6 different contractors out to bid, and none have come back with an option. Makes me the wierdo!!
Thanks again."The nearest thing to eternal life we will ever see on this earth is a governmental program" -Ronald Reagan
I can feel your (thoughts), getting to it, some things I take on having forgotten saying NEVER again, too old for this ----. What am I doing HERE........???
I too would think it is Fypon. Does it have to the the EXACT same profiles? Seems like you could come close with Azek or wood, or something different in metal.
That would be plan B!!"The nearest thing to eternal life we will ever see on this earth is a governmental program" -Ronald Reagan
