Recently bought a 1925 New England Flat in Florida. Wood frame, exterior stucco, hardwood floors, plaster walls. Need ideas on repairing wood floor termite damage, stucco/plaster repair.

    First make sure there are no more termites. Any structural members damaged by them may have to br replaced. The rest is cosmetic.Flooring can be removed and replaced, plaster cut out and reworked. More details on type of plaster etc.?
