Hey Folks
I am putting a timber(6×6 treated)retaining wall in at my home, seems to me that I saw an auger tipped anchor that drills into the side of the hill and leaves a threaded end exposed which pokes through the drilled 6×6 and is fitted with a retaining nut/washer combo. Anyone out there familiar with what I’m describing? If so please let me know what it is called and how to get it, winter is coming to the northwest!
Thanks

I used chance systems auger anchors (soil screws) in a concrete retaining wall/seawall at lake erie last year. They run 22' into the hill & are not a diy. A certified installer does it or you can't get them
