I’m curious about the reason you guys sheathe the roof because in the UK and in Victoria,Australia this isn’t done. Our roofs are usually tiles hung on timber battens, nailed to the rafters over foil-backed roofing felt.
Is it because you use shingles and we don’t — or that we use tiles and you don’t?
Not wanting to start an argument — just curious.
