Stairs With A Twist
I just came up with that new logo I would like to put on some hats and sweatshirts. Any thoughts?

Skim-coating with joint compound covers texture, renews old drywall and plaster, and leaves smooth surfaces ready to paint.

Wethead: Speaking of trademark...I was kind of wondering if I would not be infringing on the S.W.A.T. logo itself?
I wondered too but don't know. Sorry.
If you only use the initials, it could also be interpreted as
Superlative Wild A$$ Tradesman
or maybe lots of other things...
Would you show up at job sites dressed all in black and wearing a ski mask? Paint all your tools black and carry them in black ballistic cloth bags?
Uncle: I am going to have my sweatshirts and hats in black. I was telling my wife the other night that if I were on the jobsite most of the time instead of the shop 90% of the time..I would get one of those big box trucks ..paint it black and put the logo it.
Stan, times being what they are, I would be real hesitant to do this - - too much opportunity to be hassled, from both ends of the spectrum - - cops with a protective attitude to their buddies/organization or busted meth junkies with a chip on their shoulder -
clever thought tho...

I want three large t-shirts, in a forest green with wood grain lettering and a stair-way design logo.
I will accept a job offer if thats what it takes to get them.
Love your work Stan!
I was thinking of having a shirt made up that says:
Women all over town want me!
To redo their Kitchen
Mr T
Do not try this at home!

I don't know, Stan - how's the homeowner's neighbors going to feel about a bunch of guys with SWAT TEAM stenciled on the back of their shirts, going in and out of the house ?
Greg.
The real downside would be when osha requires you to wear knee & elbow pads & ballistic face sheild . . . clients might not answer the door.
Hey wait, does that mean all hands have to get all black tool belts & pouches? (Like that hasn't been enough threads . . . )
Hmm, I'll bend the words of a tac team instructor: "Superior Workmanship And Technology."
"Any thoughts?"
Yea I think I wear extra large.
Seriously, don't do them in black, it would make you look like a suburban commando wanna be. Make it a nice color combo, and maybe do the S to look like stairs. I do like the S.W.A.T. thing though. I would get a kick out of it if I saw it. As far as the copyright infringment there's no copyright or trade mark on it. It would be like trademarking the word Cop, or God.
