Sanding joints, hit the tape, now what?

Anyone know any good fast tips for fixing up oversanding on drywall joints? In a few spots I’ve sanded too far and hit the tape. It leaves a “fluffy” patch that I assume you can’t just paint over. Any tips on what I could do to fix these spots up?

I agree with those that say "skim over it".
Only thing I'd add to the advice is feather it out wide and tall so when you give it a quick sanding, you'll have a virtually invisible patch.
Another thought that came to me is that you may be over sanding in an effort to get that wall flat. Unless your tape os over a patch where the wall had no recess to tape into.... even then, you need to feather and sand easily.
Some guys will sand too much and get it to look flat..... which, after paint, will show worse than anything..... it will look indented.

and then only sand the perimeter. You 'll have to get it thick enough to cover the tape. ( not so thick that you have a big #### 'd bump.)

too many #'s.....Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming<!----><!----><!---->
WOW!!! What a Ride!Forget the primal scream, just ROAR!!!
depends, if you just hit it a few times with the sander, hit it w/the primer and see how it looks, if it's no good hit it w/ a quick skim coat, making sure you sand just the "feather edge" , then prime and paint
you'll be surprised how much the primer/paint will cover....and you can hit it very lightly with some 180 or 220 grit after the primer if you want....unless you really sanded the *iss out of it you should be fine!

If it is that bad that skimming over it won't work then cut out and skim of that.

wipe the dust off good then one coat of hot mud (EZ sand) and then skim'r with a hit of bucket mud.
