sealing a cedar garage door?

Hello, I have a home with solid cedar garage doors. The trim around them is also t&g cedar. I’m trying to find a way to seal the sides from the weather without using the standard garage door seals. None of the standard seals looks compatible with the cedar. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
