Hello, I wanted get input on sill pan placement. I wanted to see how other builders might approach this type of install. For one We have to raise our door jambs to accommodate the flooring that’s going to be installed. Either .50 or .75 flooring. Would you lay your sill pan first, then place your 3/4 inch raiser on top of pan? Then place jamb on top of this?
Or fasten 3/4 inch to sub floor first then pan, then jamb directly on pan.

The whole point of the pan is to shed water. Install 3/4 blocking and then install the pan.
Thanks for the advice!
