Hello from Montreal. A client of mine has siporex panels as part of the first floor structure of his early 60`s house. The panels are exposed as the finished ceiling in the basement playroom. They span about 14′ from the exterior wall to an exposed wood beam.I have seen these before in older industrial structures. They fit together tongue & groove and are about 14-16″ wide.At about mid span of the beam and in the middle of the room, there are two joints that have lost 3′-4′ of the filler grout/caulk.I have some ideas on what to refill the joints with but I`m not entirely confident.I wonder if they are suseptable to`creep` like most concrete floors. The kitchen is located directly above and the flooring is ceramic.I will in all likelhood be repainting the whole room in the next couple of monthes and have the same issue with what the proper paint would be since it is not your typical cement product.Any thoughts would be helpful! Thanks

Looks as if an internet search is due and perhaps a call to the manufacturer asking for recommendations.
