Details, Dan. The doors are where and done how with what?
Did you create a rail & stile door and the door itself twisted? If so, is the twist in the flat plane of the door or is the door warped? I've cured the former with my home built doors by just curving the doorstop nailed to the casing. You can accomidate up to 1/2 inch of oops without the door appearing out of plumb. Fasten the hardware door striker and then form the door stop to match the position of the door.
If you are warped so the width of the door changes then cut to the max possible square size or shim / unshim the casing to fit. The shim action is pretty noticable. I'd rather cut it to fit then increase the thickness of the doorstop to mask the mess up.
As was posted, some more details would help.
