I have hust recieved approved plans to build a house in Vancouver, BC on a long narrow lot (16′ X 200′). The actual house is 8′-6″ X 80′-6″ with 2 stories, a full basement and a rooftop deck. I will be using Insulspan panels for the walls, 1st floor and roof. I am wondering if anybody knows what the narrowist freestanding house built is?

Source control, ventilation, and filtration are the keys to healthy indoor air quality. Dehumidification is important too.

There's a house at 44 Hull St. in Boston, Massachusetts that is 9-1/2 ft. wide, so it looks like yours is a foot narrower. Not sure whether this one would be considered as freestanding or not. It's within walking distance from the legendary Old North Church; it might also be on The Freedom Trail. See the pic:

Post a pic of yours when complete; I'm sure it'll be worth a look!
