Small block foundation wall cure time before framing

I’ve built a small block foundation wall 2 blocks high in an L shaped corner off my garage and house 6ft X 4ft for a small closet to put my water heater so it’s not taking up space in the garage (which is being turned into a studio) thus the reason for the move. 

How long before i can start framing” I’m in the Nashville area and It’s been in the 30’s-50’s. It’s been a day andthe anchor bolts seem ready.

    Overnight is fine for a teenee project

    Give the mortar overnight to dry. Compression strength will be fine for such a small adition. Just be careful not to knock into foundation block. Full curing in a few days.
