I’m buying a house, it has been occupied by cats and birds run wild.  It smells real bad.  Since there is no drywall, I will be insulating and covering the exposed studs.  What should I do to get rid of the odor, and any germs.  I’m afraid of using too much of a liquid as I don’t want a mold problem.
