Poured a 50/50 mix of bleach and water in there and let it swish around before pouring out. Dryed out and not much change. Lysol spray…well, ok. bwaaaa!
Need a kiln to dryout the boots.

This may be a really dumb idea and I've never tried it myself but....
What about filling the boots with cedar and letting the wood sit there for a few days?
Maybe small pieces of siding cutoffs would work.
Put em in your attic. Come back in a year. Smell gone by by.
