So, I’m assuming this spray foam wouldn’t have problems with off-gassing, AND the R values seem high. What I don’t see is pricing, but I suppose that is to be expected.
They also have windmills – boy, these guys have it all. 😉

There is a builder from tully NY that uses soybased foam in his houses.

A-holes. Hey every group has to have one. And I have been elected to be the one. I should make that my tagline.
our foamer describes it as a "special" product that he only uses when there are serious allergy concerns with the owners and it is specified.
there is a significant upcharge over the closed cell standard.
and the closed cell pricing is pretty darn scary at $1 bd.ft.
he mentioned the cost to me 6 months ago, but no can remember.

I was going to make a joke about plant esterols (? is that what they call them--mimic estrogen and soy has them) and so on, but didn't want women getting mad at me, so I won't, being the meek and mild, sensitive guy that I am--must be the off gassing of my insulation!
