Is anyone familiar with the roofing products from Specification Chemicals?  I came across them looking for info on their Nu-Wal plaster repair products and am interested…

I have a detached garage with a leaky flat roof and this looks like it might be tempting.

Does anyone have an opinion on this stuff?

Would it work?  Would it last?

Any thoughts on re-roofing later;  what I mean is that the application instructions seem indicate that the fabric is adhered directly to the deck…  when it’s time to put a real roof on later, would this be a problem to get off?

What else am I not thinking of?
