Who’s got a good benchmark for naildown wood flooring?  I’m looking at a larger than usuall job (whole damn house) and I wanna keep it fair.  Its prefinish, cleat nailed, and the price per sq foot is the floor alone, not thresholds, stair treds, or basemolding, I can noodle that out on my own.  I expect it to be about a thousand feet of basic install.

I’d appreciate any comments.
