Regarding Stanley doors and sidelights, metal and fiberglass (Prodigy series), is it possible to remove the glass/window portion of the sidelight?
What I am trying to do is to transfer the glass/window from one sidelight to another sidelight. Is it just a matter of unscrewing the molding around the glass and pop the glass out of the slab and put it in the other one? Both sidelights are brand new and unpainted.
I am not sure if by doing what I am planing to do will brake the seal of the insulated glass.
By the way, any opinions on Stanley’s Fiberglass Prodigy doors? Suppose to be rot, splinter and maintenance free…
Thanks!
