My new home is currently in the foundation stage. The framer I will get uses staples for wall and roof sheathing. What are your opinions. I think I would perfer nails but what do you think. The house is being built in Ontario Canada walls 2X6 with 7/16″ OSB roof 1/2″ plywood with clips over trusses 24″ o.c.. No huracines or tornados in this area.
