Depends on the span. Have steel fabricator get you a rolled angle or have one built out of welded steel plate.
Sounds like you've done this before. Have you ever used pre-cast concrete instead of steel?
Not on a radius. Don't see why it could'nt be done. You may want to have an engineer design it depending on the span. You could also cast a lintel in place. It might be cheaper and easier.
