I am renovating a Craftsman farmhouse built in 1911. With a new baby on the way we have completed interior lead paint abatement. The exterior paint on stucco is in fair shape but has hairline cracks and some peeling. What is the best way to repaint without sending lead dust into the air or contaminating the surrounding soil? Is there any way to encapsulate the peeling sections with some sort of mat or coating? Thanx.
