I am a home hard coat stucco home owner in GA and I have a boat load of concerns and questions about my home.
1. Can someone recomend a legitimate business that can inspect my stucco without charging $500.
2. Above Grade Ruling – My house is 6 years old and the stucco was installed below grade. I have two conflicting opinions as to whether it meets code. One stucco installed said that hard coat does not require the above grade rule and another wanted to charge me $3500 to bring stucco above grade to meet code. Confused??
3) Future problems – Can I expect future problems based on the inability to find a legitimate vendors.
