I built an addition 2 years ago onto my own home. Single story, cathedral ceilings, wrapped in roofing felt and vinyl sided. I have begun to notice faint dark lines on the walls where the studs are. Home is insulated with fiberglass then drywalled. The only thing that i think i should have done different is to wrap the inside wall with vapor barrier. But maybe I’m wrong. I’m a remodeler by trade and havent had this happen before. I’m sure someone out there has an answer for me. Thanks

Probaly what's happening is resulting from "thermal bleedthru" and a fair amount of particulate matter in the air.
You get increased air movement and eddies at the temperature differentials between the stud locations and the insulated walls, so more particulate matter in the air hits the wall and sticks.
Very common where people have been using kerocene heaters or are heavy somkers. Some candles are said to emit a lot of particulate matter, as well.

*Normal just from the impaired thermal break and the usual dust and other matter in the air. Not a whole lot you could have done about it. This is a very common thing in the northern part of the continent. What you can do is install some air cleaning. That will keep the amount of stuff that can stick to the walls down. You can also monitor the humidity in the house to be sure you keep it as dry as you can without making the air unhealthy.
