We have a couple of cabins to build in the eastern Sierra near Bridgeport CA. Both are off grid, superinsulated, passive solar with a good deal of woodwork involved; one 1800 SF, other 1100 SF. Work should be pleasant but life at the end of the road can be lonely.
I need a carpenter and a laborer for the period June-December, with wages based on experience and attitude. You’ll obviously need transportation, and we might be able to help with housing for the period if you are flexible on camping during the summer period on my 40 acres nearby; cabin there would be accessible for showering/cooking/hanging out. And no there is no tv.
