I have a client who wants a dining table 13’x3’8″, fairly simple in style ie: 14″ overhang at each end, 4 legs and apron construction. Can you guys give me some of your thoughts on the appropriate thickness for the top to keep proportions right. I havn’t done one this size before and its got me wondering.
