I have a new house with 2 Tankless Takagi WH.
They are wired into a 10am circuit. The problem I am having is that something keeps tripping the circuit, leading to no hot water and a very annoyed missus…
There is nothing else on the circuit. The electricians tested the circuit and say that they WH are only pulling 1 amp when they turn on.
Any thoughts out there?

Are those units gas or electric? I can't imagine an electric tankless would only draw 1 amp.

they are both natural gas units.
the only electricty they should draw is for the control units (as I understand them).
Could be that if they both come on at once there is a startup surge that exceeds 10A.

Mine's a "plug-in", can you connect yours to an extension cord and plug it into a different circuit for a while to see if the problem's in the breaker or wiring? You could have a defective breaker or loose connection.
