Hey Mad Dog, You gave me advice on the rotten sill a week or so back. I thought I would let you know I took your advice and poured some new footings and installed a new beam next to the old sill. It was tough working in the crawl space but it went well. The whole thing of forming, pouring the footings and installing the new beam only took about 3 hours of work. As it turned out it was the best way to do it, due to the small space and a heat run. Thanks again for the help. Tweak.
