Toilet installation over Kahrs flooring

I think I wouldn’t be happy without a new project.
I’m installing Kahrs flooring in our downstairs office and adjacent powder room. I am going to use a Fernco toilet seal (love these), but I had not considered caulking the toilet to the floor as I have done with tile and linoleum floors. What would be the correct caulk? Or no caulk? Any other good advice?
The biggest challenge of the whole project will be working the flooring under 3 doorways. Too much fun.

There will probably be a big debate about this.
But IMNSHO the purpose of caulk around a stool is to stop water (and other liquids) in the bathroom from getting under the toilet.
That is more of a concern child bathroom than a powder room.
But still. And it looks a little better caulked.
