Nope, we got rained out yesterday and today. I just added a new hall way light and switch here today..and cleaned the shop spic and span yesterday and wired for all new lights.

I returned a computer mouse and used their return label and got confirmation of dilvery (via UPS web). Actually I got confirmation 2 years before I returned it. They reused a tracking number and it showed someone else return until mine had been in the system for about 24-36 hours.
Then after about 2 weeks I got an email confirmation of receipt and I think about 2 weeks later notice of the credit (less return shipping).
Yea it was an Amazon purchase. It's kind of a long story. I purchased an Occidental tool belt for my nephews graduation present. What they shipped didn't look anything like the picture. I sent it back with an explanation that the one they sent didn't match the picture. They sent me another one just like the first one it didn't match the picture either.After I looked into it a bit I realized they had the right model number and the wrong picture. The one in the picture costs more, and is a nicer model. So I did another return and they offered to refund my money but I declined saying I wanted the set of bags in the picture. They said it may take awhile since several people have had the same problem. Well I haven't heard from them, and was wanting a number of a human. I can't find my catalog. I'm sure there's a number there. Amazon email seems to be all automaterd replies.
They have recieved my package.

best part is calling Tool Crib in person ...
and telling them Amazon is screwing up your order.
for some reason ... they always seem to understand.
right after TC went to Amazon ... got a girl on the line that was very honest ... I could hear the frustration in her voice ... I said something about "must not be the first time you've heard this" ...
she told me how all the original Tool Crib people hated things after Amazon bought them out. Told me ... get all your info on line ...
then call us direct to order. At the time they still had two different shipping operations.
I think it's all combined now, though. No more "secret number" to call.

I had called the tool crib number first but they transfered me to Amazon. Both of them were very nice and knew what they were talking about. Whoever had sent me the Email on the second exchange was confused. I think that's an Indian outsource.

Alright I've learned my lesson. Just had to do a search to find this thread and get the number again. So I programmed it in.
I know you don't care why but I'm gonna tell you why anyway. I ordered a new digital camera from them Sunday. Chose the super saver option on the shipping Been checking everyday and the dumb thing hasn't shipped. So I called em and got customer service 5 time zones away, in India. Went throught the whole I paid for something and you haven't sent it rant. It took me a while of back up and say that again to translate what she was saying. Anyway she told me that because I used the super saver they could take longer to ship it. I asked why's that. She went on about it taking longer to get the order ready. I explained that I always go super saver and the have always shipped it the next day. She spouted the party line from her Que card again about super saver taking longer. I said that it said ships in 24 hours that's why I bought it. She started with the party line again I blurted out. "CANCEL THE F'N ORDER I'LL GO DOWNTOWN, AND BUY IT TONIGHT AND HAVE THE SUMBATCH TO TAKE PICTURES WITH IN THE MORNING!"
She offered to upgrade the shipping to two days if I needed it sooner. I told her I wasn't paying anymore. She must have flipped her Que card over because then she said that she would be willing to wave the extra charge and give me the upgrade to two days at no additional charge, and it will be shipped in the morning. I said yea if it's shipped tommorrow that's fine.
I guess that it helps that I've been mad all day so by the time I called them I wasn't having any of it. LOL

What does the comfirnation say.Most of them have had like a week or so.But they have usually shipped the 2nd whole day.
I kept checking the econfirmation and they weren't getting on it. So that's why I called. One of their big distribution centers is in Lexington so most orders only take two days on the supersaver. That's one of the reasons I always use it. It seems this time they were trying to beat me at my own game.
