Anybody here done any TPO? I’ve got a job to bid on and haven’t been able to get a sub bid. There’s not a great deal of it, so I thought I’d give it a try myself. Pros-Cons- Pricing compared to EPDM?

It's a plastic, heat weldable membrane (mostly commercial). I wouldn't be interested in it except A&D want's this project. Finally got some funds in today's mail. Several past dues paid up.Birth, school, work, death.....................

Greetings , seeyou.
Perhaps this will "bump" your query into the fast lane, being as no one knows what the hell that stuff is..and if they did, they are too smart to divulge their tactics to us metal guys..
I see a conundrum of sorts...lets just copper plate the whole job.
5 bucks and 23 points eh?...I think I am buying Tornado's on MON. AM. Pick yer poison, Sausage, bacon or steak..I'll have a quintet of them..LOL. Spheramid Enterprises Architectural Woodworks
TPO's a pretty good roofing system- Home Depot uses it on all of their stores, as do most of the other big boxes. You can imagine that they want nothing but the best for their roofs, since they've got millions of dollars of inventory sitting underneath.
That being said, the biggest problem I see is that if you're not a certified installer, the manufacturer won't warranty the system. You might want to confirm that before you offer to do the work.

If it's like EPDM and modified, there's no warranty on residential applications anyway. In this situation, about 5 sq is needed, but I have to buy a min. of 10 sq. By the time this job gets done, there'll be umpteen changes made. The architect has no further input after his plans are submitted in this case, so we'll talk the homeowner into doing what's best for him and his budget.Birth, school, work, death.....................
Will torch-down (modified bitumen) work? We did this on a basically flat roof - about 1/2 inch in 12 - and it's held for years.

Yeah, it'll work. The plans spec TPO. Birth, school, work, death.....................
