Treated post in concrete or not?

I will be starting to build a 60′ I 120′ pole barn in a couple of weeks and my question is should I pour concrete around the 6 I 6’s? The hole will be 48″ in the ground and 18″ via. I have heard pros & cons about bearing the post in concrete.
