Tried NU-WAL from Spec Chemical?

Anyone tried the NU-WAL system from a co called Specification Chemicals, Inc., a paint-like chemical rolled on over old, cracked, etc walls, then this FG matt embedded, then another coat of their stuff. I’ve got the web site and their info, wanted real-life experiences… any? Thanks
