Im finishing up some trim work on a couple pocket doors. The doors are hung on their tracks and side jambs are in so their ready for the casing. I seem to recall that the door pocket is trimmed with door stop followed by standard casing (using short nails tho). My question is for the stop trim, does the detail edge of the stop face in, toward the pocket opening, or out, toward the casing?
Thanks
Pete

The detail (thin side) faces the casing.
