I had two ranges each with a seperate break in one breaker panel beside each other. One of the ranges worked. The other looked like it should work but only showed the digital time readout and light indicators as working. The range and oven elements didn’t heat up when turned on.

I called in the appliance guy and he said it had to do with the wiring. Turned out moving the two breakers apart by one notch allowed them both to work. What gives?
