I have recently built a house that has a utility right of way on the property. There are 2 utility terminals above ground that are interfering with future development plans on the property. I am curious what the cost would be to have these facilities moved. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Assuming you are referring to fiberglass pedestals? About 18-24" tall? Normally utilities will place their peds on a corner of the property, right at the easement or setback line (makes it easy for drive by property line spotting). Every utility will respond differently but typically you will have to make a good case that requires the ped to be moved, and if granted, it will be at your expense. Also typically the utility will charge for such work at their posted hourly rates for labor and equipment. Check out the subject utility's web site - they usually post the rates somewhere.
