I was wondering if any of you folks might might be able to help me locate the following item I have seen used here in the sub-arctic. It’s a tapered cone with a flange around the perimeter of the large end.A sealant is applied to the flange and the cone is inserted through the vapor barrier.A single or group of “romex” (non-metalic sheathed cable)is inserted through the cone and expanding insulating foam is used to seal afterwards.Any info would be appreciated!Thanks-Cliff
