water heater radiant heating systems?

I’ve read about and heard about water heater radiant heating systems, but I’ve never installed one or seen one. I’ve got a coustomer whom wants one, and working with steam and hot water boilers, I just don’t know what to get or where to get one of these new systems. What brands works the best? anyone?
