Water in electrical pipe when water table is high

I have an electrical pipe for my well that water backs up through when the water table is high. Any solutions for a fix? I would like to sell my home and this is going to be a deterant to a potential buyer.

I would suggest you keep the water out of the pipe.
(You need to describe the situation better. If the electrical wire is a "direct burial" cable and the "pipe" is just the code-requred conduit designed to protect the cable from mechanical damage as it exits the ground then there is no problem.)
