A while back I asked about repairing spalling on a concrete block foundation. I ended up using Quik-crete’s mortar repair cement to fix the shallow spalls and when that was dry, parged the whole foundation (above grade) with Thoroseal waterproofing cement. The job came out beautifully. Just thought I’d let you know my solution.
