The most important tool on my job is my lunch chair.
I’ve tried everything, and heres my array.
In winter, I need something non-flammable so I can hug the fire bucket. I usually just sit on an empty upside down three gallon bucket.
But in summer, I usually find a nice comfortable lawn chair. To make the lawn chair better suited for carpenter breaks, I bend the legs to create a low-boy. This superior alteration also gives the chair one other very important attribute: nobody will steal it!
I like chaise lounges too, but they are not always available.
One other thing. I only sit on chairs that I find in the garbge on the way to work. The prime spring cleaning season is coming soon, so keep your eyes peeled for that special summer seat!
I’ve also spent a great deal of time on my homemade benches.
How ‘ bout you?
