All you have to do is ask to be let into the tavern and you will be. Its not that exclusive, most of us go in there, that should tell you plenty.
Any and all discussion go on there, politics, religion, illegal immigration, family things, personal things, you name it......
Click on this link 60092.61 , hit the reply button and Ask Sysop to let you in, you don't need to tip him, he makes plenty money the way it is, what you'd have to offer wouldn't make a difference to him anyhow.
Then go on in like you do any of the other categories, but beware, almost anything goes!
