What to use to Drill a 3″ Hole?

I am adding mini split air conditioners to my house (2 of them) and need to drill a 2 1/2″ or possibly a 3″ hole through the side of my house for the electrical, drain and freon lines.
I have:
T1-11 siding
Old fiberglass shingles
Original clapboard sliding
1″ x sheeting
Plaster wall with wood lathe
a 1 1/2″ gap with drywall over it
So what kind of self cleaning bit do you use for this 8″ or so length?
Thanks!

I would use a thing called a drill bit.
OK seriously now. A hole saw will give the cleanest hole. Drill a pilot hole with an installers bit that's long enough to make it through everything. Drill from the inside and the outside. After each layer clear the hole saw of the material and continue.

3" hole saw, work in stages, scan for wires and studs first. You might need a bit extension.

Jemcons got it.....a hole saw of proper size (2 1/2" - 3").
Drill all the way through with a bit that is long enough and either equal in diameter or slightly smaller to the hole saws pilot bit.
Finish it off with the hole saw from both inside and out. You won't actually be drilling the entire thickness of the wall.

Lenox hole saw w matching arbor include pilot drill check http://www.coastaltool.com if none close to u locate studs first so u drill once someone else said "watch the wires"
I think you are better off with smaller individual holes for what you're doing.
