I’ve got a situation now with our crew asking/demanding raises. We do site clean up work. The crew makes about 25-30K with lots of overtime in summer. Try to treat them right, health ins for them and families(they pay $100). BBQ’s, Cinco de Mayo party, Christmas party, etc. Company situation is our NI is going down. Lost 2% last year, Steady this year. Lots of costs going up in double digits. We have been raising prices steadily last 2 years. We are the high price producer now. Would you cave in to the crew? They are the ones busting their rears out there. Hold tight while 3 or 4 walk away? I’m really torn up about this.
