For a while (maybe 10 years back) Home Depot had a display where you could pick out a style and color of seat and then order it, but that went away. Then, last time we needed one (maybe 5 years ago), Bemis had a way to order from their full line online, but they seem to have abandoned that service — they just point you to dealers who universally have poor selections. So now the only online options seem to be places that carry maybe a dozen styles and colors — not nearly a wide enough range to match an old seat (and old toilet color).
So, does anyone know of a good source?

So let me get this straight.... just what constitutes a "poor selection"?
You lookin' for leopard skin, polka dots, or some sort of Sistine Chapel mural on which to plant your nether regions? Alligator or Naugahyde? Perhaps a hand quilted rendition of Rush Limbaugh's mug? (I could go for that.)
I've never had a problem with the selection at the Big Boxes. It pretty much boils down to a choice between "round" and "elongated", which is dictated by the bowl itself.
Just askin' ;-)
