I’ve used a Hilti and liked it, and a generic all alluminum gun and it was almost as usable as the Hilti. Now that I need to buy one, which are popular? Which are junk?
Thanks

I just bought a PU-Silvergun. It was pretty pricey but is well made and nicely machined (no damned stamped parts!!). It disassembled and cleaned up easily, too, which is a plus.

A day may come when the courage of men fails, when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship...
But it is not this day.
I have a Hilti, which I think is the Prageis. Or a dead ringer copy.
Also have a couple of cheapos, $20 - $30.
One thing for sure, if you drop a can off the ladder and it lands on the nozzle, your gun is junk.
As far as I can tell, they all work the same. The Hilti is no better than the cheapo.

I have an Italian made foam gun. No visible brand name. It cost a bit more than the Pageris but unlioke the Pageris, it can be taken apart and cleaned easily.
Anything you can't take apart and clean yourself is a waste of money and will plug and fail when you are as far away as possible from a replacement.
