I’m trying to decide between oil or latex paint for exterior windows. What would give a better looking, more durable and easier cleaning finish? Will I need to match primer with the paint(oil primer with oil paint or latex primer with latex paint)?

oil primer, acrylic topcoat
I did mine with KilZ primer, then Behr exterior latex.

The oil (original) Kilz is not an exterior product.. Don't take my word for it; check the label.Rather use Zinsser's CoverStain. Or Bin. Or another quality (SW or BM) alkyd primer.
Ditto on the alkyd primer, latex top coats.
I use the Ben. Moore stuff.
